1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

To guarantee the reservation, a credit card is required, to which a hold may be placed solely as a guarantee.

The outstanding balance must be paid at the time of check-in or as stipulated in the reservation confirmation.

2. Rates

Rates are expressed in USD and include applicable taxes and charges, unless otherwise indicated.

Rates may vary without prior notice, except for already confirmed reservations.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and an additional charge.

4. Use of Facilities

Guests must respect the rules of coexistence and use of the hotel facilities.

The hotel is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen within the premises.

5. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by the inappropriate use of the facilities.

Water activities, tours, or external services contracted with third parties are the exclusive responsibility of the provider of those services.

6. Children and Pets Policy

Children up to 6 years old may stay free of charge sharing a room with adults, subject to the maximum capacity allowed.

Pets are only allowed upon request and may involve additional charges.

7. Modifications due to cancelations

The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of force majeure situations (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), offering alternative dates or refunds as appropriate.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
